Based in our purpose built 3900sq/ft machining facility, our highly qualified team operates the following equipment:
- 5 Axis large gantry miller
- 3 VMCs and a bed miller
- A range of CNC lathes
- 2 Large horizontal borers
- Large facing lathe
Fabrication & Welding
From our 3500sq/ft workshop facility, our highly certified team are equipped to carry out a wide range of work:
- Sheet metal – including all forms of access metals works, such as fire escapes, gantries, access platforms etc.
- Overhaul of mechanical equipment
- On site maintenance, fabrication and welding services
- Shut down work
- Coded welding in Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium
Engineering Design
We provide full CAD support for designing and detailing machined components, structural frameworks, and fabricated steelworks.
We deliver precise, production-ready drawings tailored to your specifications, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Marine Engineering & Ship Repair
From our site at the Grimsby Shipyard Slipway facility, equipped with a 200 tonnes boat hoist (max beam 11.5m, draft 4m) we offer full vessel survey and support with either immediate repairs or refits.
A full body of works can be provided along with certified fabrication, coded welding & machining services.
Drone & Laser Scanning
Using state of the art drone technology, we provide high precision surveys, inspections, 3D mapping, and reality capture.
Our bespoke engineering support ensures accurate data for design, maintenance, and planning.
